How to protect your child from air pollution.

As you know the air quality level is extremely poor. Here are a few ways to protect your kids from air pollution.

  • Stay indoors.

  • Turn on the air purifier to clean the air.

  • Keep all doors and windows closed.

  • Turn on the humidifier to prevent nasal congestion and remove the dryness in the air.

  • Fill your house with indoor plants as they act as a natural air purifier.

  • Add vitamin A & C to their diet. (All fruits and vegetables) It helps fighting the toxins in their body.

  • Haldi milk can be given once a day to build their immunity.

  • Neem removes the impurity from their blood and improves their immunity.

  • Ghee, dry nuts, and seeds(pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, flaxseeds) are a great source of omega 3 fatty acids which are essential in their diet.

  • Breastfeeding mothers also need to take special care and eat well to strengthen their babies immunity.

  • Use air pollution masks when you have to step out of the house.

  • Try to avoid frying or making oily paranthas in the kitchen. This increases indoor pollution.
